HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE // WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All prints are made to order. Allow up to 4 - 6 weeks processing time from date of purchase until your unframed print ships. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipping label is created. It will be dropped off at USPS within 1-2 business days after receiving that email.
All framed prints are assembled to order. Most frames get one last coat of paint before assembly & also require a special size print order. Allow up to 6 weeks of processing time from date of purchase until your framed art piece is ready to ship.
6-8 weeks for the gold ornate handmade frame.
Pins//Candles (if ordered alone) will be shipped within in 1-2 weeks. If you ordered with a print/ framed print, it will be shipped with the print / framed print, so again, allow up to 6 weeks processing time. If you prefer them to be shipped sooner, just send me an email!

WHY DO THINGS TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP?
Everything (aside from pins) in my shop is made to order. All approximate wait times are listed in the description of the item you purchased. To keep print priced down, I have to make larger quantity orders, meaning I wait until I have some orders accumulated until I make a print order purchase. They get shipped to me, and then I ship them out to you.
Ordering one print at a time costs more and would mean I would need to charge significantly more per print.
Thanks for your patience and understanding! All wait times are approximate estimations and I do not guarantee arrival by ANY specific date. If you need something by a specific date, email me! I can usually work something out for you or send something with priority direct from supplier for an extra charge.
If my wait time is exceeding the 2-4, 4-6 or 6-8 week timeline described in the description, don’t hesitate to reach out via email to get an update on your order. I will have likely already emailed you letting you know I am behind on orders.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. Everything is made to order. I will not provide any refunds exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours of you making a purchase. This is stated in all of my listings, including the item you purchased. No exceptions.
Make sure you review all the photos and read the description on the listing to ensure you are familiar with what you are purchasing. All prints come UNFRAMED unless otherwise stated in the title/ description.
My frames are almost always second hand and hand painted. There is always a chance for small imperfections, I try and make the super obvious ones known in photos so it can't be missed.
DAMAGED PRODUCT?
No problem! Send me photos of the damage through my contact form found at the top of the screen so I can assess the situation! I always get shipping insurance so sending a new product out isn't a problem if that is the action I need to take. In the hundreds of orders I've sent over the last five years, I've only had about two items damaged during the mailing process which were fixed/handled immediately. I can't help the problem if I don't know about it!
